am i just over worried?

my chameleon cornileus went to sleep at 4:30pm when usually we turn the lights out at around 6:00-7:00. I know that this can be a sign of an unhealthy chameleon but we have been doing everything correctly and im hoping im just over worried. Any explanations?

I actually read today or last night that if its within a 2hr time range may not be so much of an issue. once again im not sure and hopefully others can chime in

Is your chameleon actually sleeping or is it curled up for bed? Mine often goes to bed early but doesn't actually sleep until lights out.

he was in the position and was closing his eyes like he was sleeping but opened them again but kept his posistion
