Alternatives to crickets and locusts

I'm going away for a couple of days and although I have some pygmy carers coming in to check on them and humidity, I am not confident they will be good at feeding them.

I wonder if there is some food that can be kept in the vivarium in enough numbers to keep the pygmies well fed for a few days that won't cause any harm as might crickets.

as well as terrestrial isopods (tropical size)
small silkworms
small indian walking sticks

if its less than 5 days and the animals are healthy adults that will still get water, they should be okay even without food.

Bean beetles and FF will stay in the Viv for a while.

Thanks, I think beanweevils may be out though, we had a weevil infestation innthe larder a few years back, I don't think my wife will allow them anywhere near the house.

Good to know.

I am currently trying to breed some common woodlice. I presume the adults will be too big but the smaller ones are about the same size as the tropical ones.
