Mango doesn't have a great calciumhosphorus level, papaya is a much better choice. You can also try a variety of winter squash steamed in the microwave, it's an excellent source of calcium and most of them have a sweet taste.
I don't use strawberries as a gut load but my little veild and my melleri love them as treats lol
This is a great resource to consult for gutloading. It's made for iguanas but it's the exact same concept. Aim for those higher in calcium than phosphorus and avoid goitrogens and oxalates.
I wouldn’t use that just as my main source of gut- load. Just was curious if I could cut it to add to my regular cricket gut- loading ingredients. Thank you for all of your answers
