I thought I finally share pics of my 2 1/2 yr old Ambilobe male and all the insane color phases (just regret I didn't take the pics with a better camera... always had my iphone handy... so sorry for the poor quality).
This pic was taken about a month after I got him (he's around 5/6 months old)
THE GREEN MACHINE:
Here he is a few months later (eye turrets getting more color and his blue bars turning deep purple... almost Ambanja like colors):
Now here he's gone into a yellowish color and his bars fading out (colors similar to Mitsio):
With the HOT Cali sun the past few days... he's really brighten up. I was just floored when he showed me his new colors. Bright orange and reds (Sambava like):
It's hard to believe that one cham can show so many variations... Talk about having it all... everytime I think he's done with showing me new colors... he comes out with something new!!!
