petsmart sells alfalfa by the small pet/ rodent sections i not sure how much it costs tho

i buy mine in bulk at live stock feed stores. usually get around 50 lbs for under 10 bucks

about a buck per kg at feed stores (places that sell bulk bird seed, stuff to feed chickens, horses, pigs etc)

Be sure to check ingredient list if buying alfalfa pellets for rodents/small pets as these usually include a lot more than just alfalfa, and not all of it good/wanted

You could alway supplement with nori it has great nutritional values
