advise on colour change

this afternoon my cham has developed some black and blue spots all over, is it time to breed? any advice will help, thanks

She looks like she is about ready to become receptive, to me anyways. I am sure some of the veiled keepers can tell you for sure. Good luck with breeding
 
im in the middle of trying to make a new home for her, ive had her since she was a baby and she has never shown these colours before but i was told around 9 months ish she mite need to breed if i see the blue spots, i just wanted so more advise.
 
No animal "needs" to breed...you were misinformed about that. But females do need a laying bin, as they can cycle eggs regardless of being bred or not. I provide laying bins for all of my females by 5-6 months of age. I use washed playsand in a bucket that is at least 10-12" tall and wide enough for them to turn around in very comfortably. Just make sure your laying substrate is damp enough to hold a tunnel without collapsing...hope this helps you some.
