Hi All, (Sorry for the long post)

Looking for advice on what I can do to provide a better life for my Panther "Pablo", I got Pablo off my partners Family as they took him in & couldn't look after him after taking him on from someone else, We got him in August 2022. I had never heard of "Panther" specifically before but was interested in reptiles so took him in to try give him a better life & stop him being passed on & on, "Two previous owners at a year old) I have done as much research as possible into caring for them but sometimes a lot of the info is contradicting. Just looking for any & all advice/tips on providing a more fulfilling life. I have attached pictures of the cage we received him in (Emptyish one)& his first enclosure with us (Glass) & his current one. Repti-Breeze 120cm, Bio Active, Exo Terra Multi Monsoon 2mins every 2 Hours, Starts 30 Mins before lights & last one is 30mins before lights out. Locusts, Morios Worms & Dubias (Rare)

Hi and welcome. The best to place to start is to fill out a husbandry review , copy and paste your information.

Hi Possibly a stupid question but do you have the link to where I can fill this out? Can't seem to find it

Ok so I can't even find the form lol. OK so first off I would add more branches, to the sides ie trelis up the sides , any space not utilised is a waste, so what lights do you have, what are your current temps at basking and throughout your enclosure, what are your day and night humidity levels, and how are you monitoring/ checking them , what supplements are you using? What feeders are you using, are you gutloading them

Thanks I wasn't to sure if there could be too much incase it's started limiting movement, currently got 12% T5 which I know is a bit high but factoring in reduction from mesh and leave which currently cover some of the lamp I think it's okay plus there are dark spots, basking is 30c 150watt spotlight bulb as basking wasn't getting hot quick enough after misting night temps vary but never been below 15c in height of winter, using microclimate for basking and some digital thermo/hygros, live in Scotland so humidity sits at 50/60% standard also have another enclosure in the room which brings levels up, day 60/70% night 90/100%, calcium and a nutrient powder, Locusts Primary 10 a week, Morios 5/10 a week and Dubia (Rare) & yes oranges apples, carrots, leafy salad & insect food, plus oats for Morios and Dubias

Ok so the 12% which is reccomended by uk groups ( in my opinion) whether it be 6% or 12 % doesn't matter all that maters is the uv at basking which the ferguson zone reccomend 3 uvi and the only way to determine this is with a solar meter. Ok what type of and brand of basking bulb 150 seems a bit high ,( you said temps aren't getting hot quick enough) ot doesn't suddenly get warm ,so temperature gradually get to the required level is more natural, what exact temp and humidity gauges? Are you using plain calcium no d3 , what multivitamin? What is your feeding schedule like every day. I don't think Mario are a staple feeder , other feeders like dubia ,red runner roaches, silkworms and black soldier fly larve are, . Sorry for all the questions 😅
