Hi Everyone!

Chevy really likes to hunt down flying insects but I am not okay with feeding wild live insects as I have heard that is a bad idea.

What are your thoughts on fruit flies? I am worried more so about them getting loose? Them seems rather tiny.

Or any other flying insect suggestions? If so, please share where to buy them from because everywhere in Arizona is mostly crickets and worms. He is getting bored with those.

They are super easy. Just buy the cup o flies from them as well. It has the instructions. Simply place some of the larvae in one cup, honey in another, and a wet sponge (included) in the last one. Wait a couple of days for the flies to hatch and feed them to your Cham. Place the pupae you are not ready to use in the refrigerator until you are ready to let them hatch.

I will put the flies in the freezer for about 60 seconds before putting in my chams cages. This slows them enough that they don't all escape before I can close the door to the cages.
