it really hurts to do this, but i must part ways with my beautiful 2 year old nosy be. i'm going pretty deep into a big crested gecko breeding project and i don't have the finances for more than one cham at this time and i have decided to keep my big male veiled.
he was purchased from fellow member Olimpia in january and has been doing awesomely in my care..but there are a few points that should be made..
he is not tame, he does not like being handled and will puff up and hiss if it's attempted, he will run away before he tries to bite, though he has definitely tried.
while he was with Olimpia, the first inch of his tail was amputated and he broke his ankle on the back right leg, both are healed fine, but there is a slight bump on the ankle just above the foot where the break was. he uses the foot perfectly fine and his tail curls just fine.
other than that he's great, he eats very well and LOVES super worms, loves a warm mist in the morning and an hour before lights out and he's great with free roaming.
i'm asking $225 for him.
i would prefer a local pick up, i'm in Manhattan, nyc. i can include a temporary reptarium cage and lighting for free if needed. not looking for any trades.
i can ship if no one local is interested.
