about to buy my cham

Ok i'm going to be ordering a mail veiled cham bout 2-3 months old from flchams.com im wondering how often i should feed this guy i have 1/4 crickets. and how often do i put rep cad and d3 and vitams on the crickets. also how often should i feed him a day?

feed him up to 20 a day, all calcium w/o d3 dusted.
every 2 weeks (eg. every 2nd and 4th saturday) dust a couple with calcium w/d3
every opposing saturday, (eg. 1stsaturday and third saturday) use herptivite.

EDIT: when he gets older, dust calcium w/o d3 about 3-5 times a week, use calcium w/ d3 once a mont (eg. first saturday)
and herptivite once a month. (eg. third saturday

Congratulations on your new arrival. Mist the leaves around him with a fine mist several times a day, and verify he is drinking. You may also want to use a dripper while you are gone.
If he drinks while you are spraying, keep spraying until he stops drinking.
