i recently purchased a "lights of america" 18 inch flouorescent under cabinet light fixture from walmart. then i watched this vid today from this guy who has the exact light fixture on top of his cage for his baby chams. Suzi has black ones As well.
Plus the dual fixture allows you to add a second bulb. Like a 6500k grow light, more light, plants grow too
