? about expired supplements

I have some reptical sealed never opened and also some reptical with d3 in it sealed never opened. There expired is my only concern. Can they still be used since there unopened?

How expired is it? A month? A year? The minerals probably don't degrade much over time, but vitamins do, especially when mixed with minerals. If this was straight calcium probably OK. Vitamins...I don't think I'd use it if it is expired more than a few months.
