Im an wondering at what size I should move my cham into his new enclosure. He is currently in an 18x18x18 and is growing very quickly. He is roughly 3-4" body length excluding tail and about 14 weeks. At what size would you say he would need to be moved into his largr enclosure is the issue with moving him weather or not he can find his food?

This is a pic of him today:

It helps when you train your cham to cup feed, which is when you put all their food in a cup and they know when they are hungry to go over and snack on whatever is in there. Once it is trained to cup feed i would say move it to an 18x18x36 asap so i can adapt to it, it wont be too large for the cham to eat beacuse it will see the cup and know where it can feed, and that way hes good in that cage for the rest of his life and the sooner he gets adapted the better for him. Let me know if you have n e more questions :D

There is no set rule, but when he gets to be 4 inches(body size, no tail), you can move him into the bigger enclosure.

All of my adult panthers are in 24x24x36 or 24x24x48. They seem to really like the space if you have that kind of space available when he gets older. Really nice looking guy you got there. Congrats.

My appologies! Laurie is correct, for some reason i was thinking you had a veiled. Panthers need the 24x24x36 minimum :D
