A race to the finish-- Beardies hatching

Thought you guys would like to see this picture of the first of my many, many beardies hatching for the season. It is like they are saying, "Ha Ha, I am going to be first.

I couldn't resist taking the picture with everybody just lined up ready to break out of their eggs. They have all completely hatched now!!!!

My sulcata eggs are starting to hatch today and will try to take some pics of those as well.

Lance - Just got a pair of beardies a little over a month ago. They were 4 months old when I got them and they have doubled in size since then. What characters these guys are. I am loving them!! Good luck with your babies - they are too cute!

I know I will have my hands full on top of all the other reptiles I have. So far over 40 have hatched within the last several days and many more to come.
Beardies do grow extremely fast and yes, their personalities do make them one of the most interesting herps to raise.
