It is a bad deal and you should leave a review on fauna classifieds with pics and a medical diagnosis etc. Write up what he sold you, what he promised, and the price. Write up the problems with communications. He won't likely get much business after it.

I reviewed him before messaging and couldn't find anything bad. But I just looked again I found a horrible review placed on the 10th (just 14 days ago)
Wish I would of seen this sooner. Just a warning to anyone looking to buy, do NOT buy from Nick Lillis.

I don't have any magic answer about what to do about the seller unfortunately. It depends on the sellers integrity as to what will happen.

Update: Seller gave me a refund and I shipped the chameleon back to him. Sadly it wasn't meant to be, just hope he gets well.
