A pill bug a day keeps the doctor away?

My Cham. seems to love munching on pill bugs (rolly pollys, whatever you want to call them) do they pack the same nutrition as a cricket? should I leave this only as a treat?

No idea of nutritional content but im a big beleiver in variety in diet.
From all accounts isopods are good food source, but mix it up.
:)

woah, slow down on the isopods. Wild isopods have are bio-accumulators and have lots of iron and other metals from the environment, Sandrachameleon even claims that too many wild ones can be detrimental. They also are known to carry parasites. Chamelisa pulled a 2 inch worm out of an isopod that was barely an inch. Homegrown isopods are fine, but steer-clear of wild ones.

Isopod??? What's that?

terrestrial isopods are a fantastic addition to a varied diet.
refrain from using wild caught bugs (as already mentioned, they are heavy metal bioacumulators and potential parasite carriers)
