Ok, so for the people that know me I am not a noob to chameleons. I have successfully bred and kept pygmies and dwarf chameleons. I have also had a couple panthers in my time but every one I got was an adult. I need a little info on 2-4 month old panthers. I not sure if the same housing techniques for adults are ok for youngsters. I would think they would be better off with a little lower temps like baby pygmies and rudises are. If someone could answer these as I will be getting a pair of 2-4 month old panthers this weekend.

Normal Temps?

Basking Temps?

Feeding schedule?

Dusting frequency and what vitamins?

Any other info you feel I might need to know.

Thank You!!!

Normal Temps? 70

Basking Temps? 80-82

Feeding schedule? All you can eat buffet :D

Dusting frequency and what vitamins? such a controversial subject  I am switching to Repashy every feeding

Any other info you feel I might need to know. Mist frequently, gut load feeders well

Thank You!!!
I am sure others will chime in :)

temps: some will suggest to keep the basking spot a little lower than adults which is fine. i personally keep anything above 2 months like an adult as far as temps.

feeding: will be slightly different as you should give them as many as they will possibly eat and by the end of the day remove any uneaten feeders..

supplements: you can supplement like adults.

Thanks suzi and atar...I figured that much but I just wanted to confirm. Do you think baby dubias would be ok or should I stick to small crickets?

do you have to gutload roaches? I have read that you have to feed them an orange, apple, etc. once a week. Is that enough for gutloading? With my crickets I give them a lot of different things for gutloading multiple times a week.
