As I have been learning more and more, I have been working on getting my night time temp down and humidity up.

Lately I have been able to achieve 63 to 65 and 80% to 100% humidity with fog. My goal I think is 55 with 100% humidity.
If I can get this low, It will be easy to manage temp, I already have a cooling thermostat for the cold nights below freezing, I can set max low and max high.

The thing I have noticed is that on the good nights where it stays very cool and humidity approaches 100. They seem to awake more refreshed.
OK I know that sounds very un scientific, but there is increased activity and brighter colors with supple looking skin.

Has anyone else seen similar ?
