a gaggle of girls

these 3 hang out together all the time, and they follow Olive all over the free range - they all even sleep close - but these girls are ALWAYS together, 2 are Olives girls, and the 3 rd was one a friend rescued, and brought here late summer, once she was better, she joined the gang they sit so close, when I mist them they will drink water off each other at times

its kinda neat to watch them - 5 live in this "room" - you can def/ tell Olive is boss- but she does not rub it in- when she moves, they all do - its like a little herd, there are 4 bask areas, ( dont ask me why- they all sit under the same one ) and 2 drip areas , again...WHY? lol but make no mistake - they are VERY closely watched for weight, hydration, I hand feed them all, and then turn lose some "snacks " for the day the other thing I make sure is , when Olive moves, they FOLLOW- not move away from her, I still know at any time one may wish NOT to stay part of the group - I had one who I did remove even after she was happy for 3 mos, she started to stay away from the group, so I moved her to her own cage - boy wouldn't Oliver LOVE to get in here SORRY BUDDY - NO BOYS !!!
