A fly problem

I would like to start by saying I live in Arkansas which is a state in the U.S for those of you in other countries. I only have one cham and he is fine, but there is a problem he did not cause. I used to keep him in a room upstairs until the tiny flies showed up and were all in his room. I cleaned everything out and I though I got rid of them. The larvae were in the cricket cage tubes, in my carrot jar that I feed to the crickets, and in dead crickets. They came back again and this time were only in the dead crickets and in the tubes. So i cleaned it all and got a entirely new set up for the crickets and moved him into a different room on a different story of my house. I LOOKED AND THEY WERE BACK AGAIN. I clean his cage like 2 times a week and clean the cricket cage for every new batch of crickets. Please help me guys, it would be amazing if I could enjoy my herps in peace again and I know you guys have the knowledge when it comes to chams. Also i don't know what type of tiny fly it is, so help with that would be awesome.

Thanks

Repot any live plants you have, meaning take them outside, gently shake MOST of the dirt off their roots, get new potting soil, and put them back in the pot.
