great pix!! I used to raise lovebirds when I was a kid (mom made sure I had lots of hobbies! lol) I would hand feed them and boy did they make great pets! I had one adult breeder that I hand fed from 2 weeks old (his name was Oatmeal!) he was sooo protective of me! He used to attack anything that got close to me including CATS!!! hahaha! He had a habit of latching on to the cats face if he was too close! lol!

That is hilarious, I can totally see a little lovebird doing that. Even though they are small, they have no fear. I've even heard of them attacking big birds like macaws.

Oh totally!! They think they are 10 feet tall! hahahaha! I jut loved the personality though. It was so funny. He would not let anyone near me! lol!
