Hey Everyone,

I am new here but i will try to give you the most information i can. I have a veiled chameleon that i got from Undeground Reptiles. Here is some information on the chameleon and setup he is in.

Age/Length: approx. 6 inches, not sure the age. (did not say when we ordered him)
Handling: Daily about 10-15 mins. he seems to love it.
Diet: crickets daily, dusted with Calcium w/o D3 6 days a week and lightly dusted in Multivitamins once a week
Lighting: Tropical Lighting kit w/ UVB
Cage: Reptibreeze Med 16" x 16" x 30"
Misting: 3-5 mins, heavy mist. Twice daily, before i go to work and after i get home.

We received him from Underground on June 14, 2017. He arrived in great health. He was in the final stages of shedding when he arrived (has not shed since). He also arrived with a small piece of debris stuck to his right eye. I tried to removed after a couple days to let him get settled in. I tried several times over the course of the month we have had him and have had no luck removing it.

I had traveled over the weekend and had a family member watching over him. He did great, got misted and got offered food daily. I came home yesterday and noticed his right eye was squinted and the debris was hanging off his eye. I wet the area down to help loosen it and gently removed it with tweezers. He hasnt opened his right eye much, but when i mist him he will open it for a few seconds. His eye has a grey spot were the debris was, but him not opening his eye is concerning me. I have attached some pictures of him. One of when we first got him and one of the grey spot on his eye.

If anyone could help that would be amazing!
Thank you.
