I just wanted to thank Everyone who has been so helpful to me on this Forum!!! I have been keeping Herps for 45 years!!! I have learned so much since I became a member of this Forum!!! Yes even old dogs can learn new tricks :D
I would like to extend a special thanks to a few who have gone out of there way to help me, Olympia, one of the first to reach out and offer advice, Lisa who also welcomed me and even gave me the Dubia to start what is now a thriving colony, piglet and sandracham whose blogs and threads on feeders have helped me to the point of now having thriving colonies of crickets, mealworms, super worms and silkworms. Sang and Bruce who not only sold me my chams but also have been always ready and available to answer questions and give advice. There are many others and I haven't meant to leave anyone out but could ramble on even longer then I have. Thanks to Everyone !!!
Steve

'Tis partly why the forum is such a great place. We live in a "Global Village" these days........

Wow 45 years! Quite impressive sir. Here's to many more!

My mom got me started at 6....oops think I just gave away my age!!! :D
Even after all these years I never stop learning!!! I wish I had ( or made ) the opportunity to do what you do and I would love to be able to pick your brain!!! I had the pleasure of having a very good reptile vet spend a lot of time with me and teaching me how to treat my exotic animals years ago when I owned and operated a pet store. For the record I opened the store after having a wholesale breeding and importation business but could not stand the way the stores I was selling to were keeping the animals/ reptiles I was selling them!!! So I opened my own store and we MADE a difference. I would not sell a animal to anyone who was not willing and able to care for it properly! At least as best as we could determine after spending a lot of time educating them. It was one of the most rewarding things I have ever done!
Just did the math...almost 47 years and that does give away my age Lol

With age has came great wisdom. See being a bit older isn't all that bad, and I would know.:) plus you are still learning, that is what keeps people like you and I going.

I don't know what to say to that comment except..... Thank You!!! I am honored !!!! I look forward to getting to know you and many others here. I often have so much I would like to share here but due to the fact that during typing class I was more interested in the pretty girls :D and not so much the typing I type. SLOW!!! This reflects in my responses and sometimes I am short and do not express what I am trying to say well. I'm working on it and love being a part of this Forum. Again Thank you!!!
