Well come December 31st will be our 7th anniversary yay! Hubby says that he has something planned for us but won't say or even hint what. He asked me what I wanted for dinner. So trying to decide what I would like. But 7 years its not a real long time but it seems like it after 2 deployments and 8years military family.

Hey, celebrate everything! There's no rule about what is "long enough," and seeing as most people don't last more than a year married, 7 years is commendable.
So pick your favorite meal and enjoy whatever he has planned, and hopefully you'll celebrate many more anniversaries. So congrats!

It's all about how happy you are with each other - the numbers don't mean anything if you constantly fight and bicker. My hubby and I have been married 8 1/2 years, and together for 13, but to us it's more about the adventures we have together, rather than celebrating a number. Enjoy your anniversary and let us know what he did for you!

Congrats and keep on keeping on. My partner and I have been together 21 years this coming June and time has flown. Everyday is a blessing! Enjoy every minute. As mentioned before quantity really does not matter, it is the quality/ what you do with that time that matters greatly!
