Hi all, I am new to this forum. I am from Mexico City and have been working with chameleons since 1998.
I have a clutch of 14 eggs incubating at 80°F and a 2-3° drop at night since January 14th.
Three weeks ago a found a hatchling completely devolped out of its egg. It was a very tiny cham but generally it looked fine. It started eating at the third day and seemed to be doing fine but sudenly died yesterday.
I would like to figure out why this one hatched so prematurely. Any guess?
