I have a 48" t5 fancy light that was on one of my reef aquarium and I thought about getting a jump start on a dual 48x24x48" enclosure. It'd be split down the center and house 2 chameleons. One male, one female. Each enclosure would be 24x24x48". I'd just run one or two of those UVB bulbs across.

Just figured no sense of it sitting there and collecting dust. Thoughts?

I am sure it would work. Just make sure you remove any plastic piece that would be over the bulbs. I know aquarium lights have them. It would block out your uvb
