40 w Jungle dawn, too powerful?

Hi guys as above would the 40 w be too much for the exo Terra 90 cm tall 90 cm wide 45 cm deep ?

I used 40w in a 4ft high viv, but changed it to the strip because I thought it was too powerful. In all my 3ft bio vivs I have got the jungle dawn strips on top of the mesh with the arcadia parrot holder. Hope it helps.

Yea I was looking and it does look rather powerful I'm thinking the 22w might be more of a better fit
