It saddens me to make this post, but our 3 year old male Veiled Martin, needs a new home. My Wife and I have gotten a lot busier and with our work schedules changing we don’t feel right keeping him. We leave before his lights turn on and don’t get home until late at night when he’s fast asleep. We used to have a schedule that would allow one of us to be home during the day and monitor him, but now we don’t and it’s not fair to him. He’s on an automatic schedule with his lights, mist king from 6 am to 5pm and misting 4 times daily (once before his lights turn on and 3 times during the night). We’ve stretched out keeping him for as long as we could but we would want him to have an owner that could give him more attention and care he deserves.
We don’t want to surrender him to the reptile shops near us since any one would be able to buy him and who knows how they’d take care of him. He’s a friendly veiled and loves outside time and being held, we just ask for a new loving home.
We can give you all the accessories expect the cage since it is hard built into an old entertainment system with a drain and water feed.
