3" superworms too big?

I have a full grown chameleon, (2.5 years old) he quit eating crickets, is a 3"superwarm to big? thats all I can find besides mealworms by my house.

Superworms are healthier than mealworms. Less chitin and more meat.

I feed my one year old Jackson supers of that size and he handles them with no problem; they're his favorites. Just make sure you gut load them with greens and/or carrots and dust them with plain calcium.

If things are too big for my chams they will spit it out. How big is the chameleon and what species is it?
