3 month old panther chameleon

Actually Furcifer pardalis locals are though to be their own species now days by Herpetology Scholars. The science is still in the works about the issue though. Meaning the association between dog breeds and Furcifer pardalis locals in not that far off the mark.

Should I start adding some small dubias daily or wait till hes bigger? My other one that is a couple months older doesn't like the dubias but will begrudgingly eat a couple a day for variety crickets are the favorites. Then any worm and then the ultimate are moths!
This is the age where I would add in variety. You put them in with the crickets he already views as food. He will learn at a young age the others are food too. Just load up the feeder run with them all. I would stick to 1/4 inch dubia. Silk worms are another good one and with you having two that are different ages you can order them in small as some get larger faster those can be fed off to your older cham. I personally avoid superworms. They can give a nasty bite the bigger they get and chams can get stuck on only wanting them as they mature. Blue bottle fly larvae are another good one. You hatch out the larvae into flies. Then turn them loose in the cage. Really great for hunting. These I keep the larvae in the fridge you will see as they pupate getting their hard shell. That is when you pull them and add them to a container. They will start hatching out within a few weeks.
