Looking good. I would recommend placing some branches up top withing 6-8 inches from the basking light and uvb so he can rest on them and bask without having to hang on the screen.
If your basking temp is too hot at that location I recommend raising it off the screen top so you don't have to worry about any burns if he were to hang upside down.

It's a good start but you need to have more vines winding throughout the cage. You have the space - use it!! Also, your Cham will need to have a spot closer to the basking light, it's quite far away as it is now.
