I know the reputation that jax are hard to raise, but I just haven’t encountered this. Raise ‘em individually and get ‘em cold at night, and they seem bulletproof.

What do you do to drop temps/ what temp do you drop to? Do you use ice packs?

I drop all my chams down to 10c (50f) every night. I have the advantage of having a heated greenhouse, so it’s easy this year. Last winter, the litter we had stayed in our bedroom. We just kept windows open all winter with a window fan on a thermostat. My wife hated it, but we’re Canadian...

Thanks! I am not doing care sheets for now. Instead, I’m trying to get several breeders to write species profiles...even for the same species. This way people can get as many different techniques as possible. Anyways, there’s only two on there so far.
