hey, today i baught i new baby panther and i went the the store to buy a screen cage, but they didnt have any so i ordered one and its coming on friday, so i also have a baby veiled chameleon in a reptiebreeze and my question is if i can keep them in the same cage for a few days the nosybe is 4 grams and the veiled is 5 grams

It's not the best idea. Though, I suspect that's what you are doing right now, isn't it?

I'm trying to think of what would be a good temporary cage. Maybe someone smarter than I will turn up with an idea.....

Well, that's an idea. Maybe the store can loan you a cage? or someone in the area (there has to be a herp society around you can contact) has a cage. You might even contact the local schools (middle and high) and ask to speak to the science teachers. I know that when I had a cage available, I offered it to my daughter's science teacher (who kept lizards, including a really big monitor, in the room) and he said he was over loaded with cages.

I'm still thinking....when I've needed to keep on outside the cage for any time I've used canvas shopping bags with climbing material. But that was very short term and absolutely required someone to be there at all times because, eventually, they can climb out of it.

You can get a mesh trash can and put screen on top with a bungee cord, or use a foldable mesh laundry bag both are easy to purchase at like target or one of those stores

ya i think im gunna get a mesh can or laundry bag its a good idea. the veiled and panther together are so cute, earlier they were eating together and now their sleeping right beside each other. i was gunna put him in a 20 gallon standing up temporlaley
but when i got home and went it my storage it had been broken
