I took it that she can walk on it (and all) but that when she sleeps, it dangles.

As camimon notes, sometimes they let a limb dangle and it doesn't surprise me that she might let a limb that's had an injection close by dangle. She might be a little sore and this is just more comfortable for her.

Ah ha, that makes sense.
Yea if thats where she got the injection or near that arm, then its probably more comfy for her to let it hang, so she doesnt put her weight on it.

It was the opposite side of the injected arm she got the shot on her right, her left hangs
