Well, since I can't figure out how to eliminate the photo from the health fourm and put it here, I guess it'll just have to do as it is.
As I put there, I lost my three year old female veiled day before yesterday. I had watched her closely for a week to the inevitable end. I was relieved when...
I'd go to the manager of that PetSmart and "discuss" the employees actions. What right does she have to dictate to you what you feed your animal? When did they become the pet police? If you brought a bag of cat food to the counter and they asked what kind of cat you had and you said, "Siamese"...
Thanks for the great info! A vet might have been an option if she'd let anyone touch her. I've already been told that to move her at this point would definitely kill her from stress. Looks like I was short in the Calcium and gut loading material departments. Since I've been a member here, I've...

I'm so very sorry to see what happened to your cham. The photo brought a tear to my eye. I hope and pray that he does recover. If he doesn't, it won't be from your lack of care and concern...
Lights are still the same. I've been misting her for a good while at mid morning and leaving a drip cup on top for a good part of the day. I don't have an automated mister, so I have to make do. She does love the misting, though. I'll keep going that way.
Thanks very much. I'll keep you posted.
Photos of Female Veiled w/eye problems
Ok, here's the the photos showing My "Gurl" with these blister like objects at the front of her orbits. The right eye appears to be subsiding. Not so with the left. She seems to be quite healthy, as she hates me to even put my finger in her...
