I really need to find a new home for this guy before its too cold to ship him. Lowering price to $270 plus shipping. He really is a great animal and in great health!
I am selling my Nosy Be panther chameleon because I had planned on getting a female and breeding them, but the timing doesn't work out for me right now so it's time to find him a new home. I'd love to find a buyer who would like to breed him, his colors are too great not to pass on.
He is a...
I accidentally closed the last thread so I will repost with new pictures. This male is a very friendly animal while also being very active. He climbs all over his cage and loves to free range. He is eating very well but does need to be hand fed as I have only extend his tongue about 4 inches. I...
I actually just bought an Ankaramy today! Ha in Utah of all places. He is not drab whatsoever and is a beautiful pink-reddish pink at rest. A local pet shop got him recently from someone who didnt have time for him anymore but their asking price was high. I posted a classified for him and though...
I want to let everyone know that the store lowered their price today so I went ahead and bought him! He has been feeding on about 4-5 crickets a day and has been drinking regularly from what they tell me. I am really excited to have him because he is just a gorgeous pink all the time. His...
Ok well since I have already got several PMs about this chameleon I will just post pictures and info here and then those that are interested can let me know...

I have handled many chameleons without this reaction but there was this one jacksons with very long sharp nails that gave me this reaction once. Really strange because it was so random.
Man I hate taking my animal to a vet that knows less than I do! So annoying. My local vet was supposed to be experienced with exotics but she doesnt know didly about chameleons, I wish vets that dont have expertise with the animal would tell you before you are in a position where you have to pay...
The only time Ive ever seen drops of liquid coming out of the cloaca was on a young and very malnourished, dehydrated chameleon. It was so skinny I thought it was a female until I took him in and got him healthy and now he is a big beautiful blue nosybe. He would try to pass a bowel movement but...
Good point. Take a look at this...

Update
Ok so I took him to the vet, she flushed his eye and felt around for any abscesses but didnt find anything. She looked for scratches on the surface, nothing.
She gave me some purified water eye flush and and antibiotic eye drop that i have been diligently administering. He will open...
Hi, so I gave him a shower and Im pretty sure he hated it and Ive been giving him eye drops. His eye is usually open when hes walking around but when he stops then he'll close it again.
When his eye is open, it looks more like an oval than a circle. It looks like the bottom part of his eye...
I notice young panthers doing this. Mainly when they've just eaten or have drank. I wouldnt be concerned, unless he sits breathing with his mouth open.
