    How long after the surgery did your girls pick up @jannb ? Cammy walked around a bit last night to get 2 locusts but this morning she’s not very active, just hiding behind her plant.     Thank you, I really hope Cammy does as well as Lola. Our vets have a reptile specialist so we’re really lucky as they’re very close by. She said she’s done lots of this type of surgery. I’ll post some pics of Cammy later.

    Thanks for the advice, I’ll definitely check it out. I’ve just called the vet and the surgery went well, they took 45 eggs and said she’d started making a 2nd batch so there was no way she could have passed them. We’ve got her home now, very tired but she’s eaten so hopefully that’s a good sign...
