i have quite a few indian hemp plants in my yard and i was wondering if they were cham safe ?

Im using a t8 5.0 tropical uvb, and idk the distance but the surface temperature of the basking spot is like 87° im trying to get it down to 85

Its fairly close and there not bright i keep them at like 50 percent and my chair is in front of the cage so I think it should block most of the light
