Does anyone know what this is on my panther chameleon? Looks like a burn but idk how he could get burnt there. The hottest temp he can reach at is 83.4 right now and goes from 80 to 85 depending on the day.

The uvb bulb is zoo med 5.0 on for 12hrs a day

I dont think that is happening the temp right next to his basking stick is 85 right now and he moves around the cage and cools off. See how the bars on top are green now.
