I have looked through the forum and can't find anything on peat moss/ sand mix for an egg laying bin  Would there be any draw backs on using this mix? I think it would hold a tunnel very well. What do you think??
My 3 1/2 yr old female veiled is eating like a pig!! Everytime I go by her cage she screams down the vines to the bottom and waits for me to dump another load of crickets?? When I don't she looks up at me with a "lets go already" face (pretty funny actually) I feed her every morning around...
I have a female veiled about 3 1/2 yrs old named Arleen. She is pregnant with eggs right now and I want to breed her. I have breed her 3 times and it happened lightning fast. I put my male in and they got it done immediately. So heres the thing, my local pet store owner is letting me borrow...
Thanks a million!!!!
I have been using your dripper system idea for several weeks now and I love it. I saw my male, Lazer, drink for the first time ever! :) It really makes my life easier and I don't have to worry about getting them their water if I am gone from the house all day. Thanks...
For the last year my little Arleen has been on an egg laying schedule that even father time would be jealous of. Like clock work, Arleen has laid eggs exactly 3 months apart for about a year now!!?? I am curious as to if this is normal or is she extraordinary ;) I know this is kind of a funny...
Love the forum
Your idea for this dripper is so awesome!! After work I did go to Lowes and the pet store to get the supplies to make the dripper. WOW! It works even better than I thought it would. Both of my chams HATE to get misted, so this is the ultimate way for them to get their water...
Thanks for the pics! I love this setup, I love it so much I'm going to buy the parts and build it tonight after work! Speaking of parts, did the pump come from Lowes or did it come from the pet store??
I was thinking that once or twice a year would be a good thing added to the chams diet. It will give it some fats and a little calcium that regular feeders do not supply.
How big should your cham be before you can start to feed in pinky mice? Lazer is pretty good size, he is 1 1/2 yrs old. I don't want him to choke, so I'm not sure if its worth it or not. Here is a pic of him, what do ya think??
