Hello! Tim loves hornworms, but they grew so fast! He was able to handle them most of the time, but last time had a bit of difficulty getting it all down. Is there any way to keep them from growing? Is there any real danger of him choking/obstructing from too big a worm? Thanks!
I put in a ReptiSun, 5.0 HO T5 UVB, 34" and a sunblaster T5 reflector, single bulb..and you'd think that would be enough. You think adding another T5, move up branches, or get stronger bulb? Or a combo of things? Thanks again!
This just keeps getting better; got a solar meter and found basking spot was cranking a whole 0.6 UVI....so gonna adjust branch and add more light...you guys are the best
How much hydration is necessary? Is twice a day misting sufficient? Or should a dripper be added? How much impact on humidity levels in an open cage will this really have? Thanks!
Is there anything specific I need to do before I put the plant in? I got a nice umbrella plant from a local nursery. There's no fertilizer in the dirt.
Ah! Cool. Thanks so much. Someone also mentioned the plants have to be able to support their weight? The hanging plants listed are sturdy enough, then? So scary, this chameleon stuff.
Hi, I'm new. We have Tim, juvy veiled. Plastic vines no good? Or do you mean just big fake plants? Why is this impaction risk? Sorry for my ignorance. And thanks
