I use Arcadia. I use a solarmeter to know if The bulb is still good But they probably realistically last 6-12 months

Probably 50-60 is my guess. I haven’t bought one recently

yep I’ll second it. All Chams need a linear UVB light. Currently there is no other way to provide UVB to keep them healthy
