I (sadly) had to force-feed my 3 mo old cham a while back when he had parasites. It was difficult to say the least, but this is what I did and it did work as he's all better now: :) fill a needle-less syringe with a high protein baby food and holding his body in one hand, try stroaking the sides...

You said "allow them to free range"... how would you free range silk worms? Do they just crawl around on the floor of the cage or will they crawl up the sides and on the plants? I have an order of 100 coming and have never used silks before... :O

That cage is beautiful! Nice job! I have heard a lot of negative feedback about compact UVB bulbs however... I think the consensus is that the 5.0 UVB Reptisun tube is definitely the way to go.

Could you maybe post a picture of what mouthrot would look like? I think my cham might have had this in the past, but it has cleared up on its own since.

I have no clue... he was only about 2-3 months old when he was diagnosed, so I think he must have had them to start out with. He didn't eat that much and was a VERY slow grower at first. Just in the past couple months has he started to catch up to the size he should be for his age...
