Thanks for the info. I originally bought a stock one from mistking and bought the pieces to make 2 more according to the measurements I was given. The ones I made didn't seem like it was a smooth circle and there was too much stress on one of the pieces causing one of the t joints to crack...

Ok so I am setting up a brand new cage. I have a 24x24x48 Dragonstrand cage. If you are standing at the fromt from a birds eye view, I have my Tropical Blaze Quad fixture in the front, my zoomed 8.5" deep dome basking light on the back right corner and my mistking rain nozzle setup on the back...

Excellent info! Thank you for writing that out. We do have dragon ledges but installed them without the intentions of having any pothos. I think I would have changed the placements of the ledges. I know I can make it work some how.

You didn't read the whole thread...haha. We did replant and the issue is the size of the pot. HD has the umbrellas in huge pots to begin with. The rule of thumb per my research when re potting, is going up 1.5-2" pot. Now we ended up with a huge heavy pot and I don't think it's a good idea...

Also forgot to ask, what size cage to you have the 10" pothos in? We have a 24x24x48. And I'm assuming you repotted the pothos? Thanks.

Yeah our HD had quite a few. Lowes only had 2. The only issue with the ones from HD is the pot size. We have a medium sized umbrella with this ginormous pot... Haha.

So we got an umbrella plant from HD to test out. We did everything recommended but the only thing I don't like is that after repotting and going up the 1.5-2" pot, we have this huge pot that looks weird. I was thinking of just doing pothos. Any of you guys just use pothos? I almost...
