Is there a chance your vet could explain to mine what they did and did they have to put him under

So much for finding a vet the one doesn't practice anymore one doesn't see exotics anymore and ones 7 hrs awAy

Thats what I first suggested to the vet it could be an abese but the vet said it wasn't and said she would have to be put to sleep to lance it though and she didn't want to should I try and find another vet
