Can a heat emitter be dimmed?

I want to know if I can put a reptile ceramic infrared heat emitter on a thermostat so when its dimmed the heat output also lowers or increases. How much better would a red/blue nighttime bulb be, could it be dimmed too?

    Suggestions for feeding in a x-large zoo-med

You could place a bowl someplace where your chameleon hangs out that the feeders can't escape. This will contain them allowing you to know that it's eating and the feeders aren't getting away.

    Cup Feeding?

You could take some kind of bowl and glue a stick inside of it so it's sticking out, no pun intended. Then, all your feeders can climb up the stick and your chameleon will see it and have a little bit of the enrichment factor.

What is the Translucent Veiled Chameleon?

Is the "translucence" a line-bred or polygenic trait? Is it a locale, recessive, dominant, co-dominant, or "just the result of genetics"? What is the result when a translucent is bred to a normal? Nevertheless, it is pretty cool looking. Kind of looks like piebaldism... ;)

Are Cap Est and Masoala Panthers the same?

Are the Cap Est and Masoala Panther Chameleon locales visually indistinct? What about Maroantsetra? On the thread: https://www.chameleonforums.com/cap-est-panther-chameleon-84797/index5.html , it is said that they are the same. So now I'm confused.
