Hi everybody,
Unfortunately I have taken on a full time job and a puppy and have found myself not giving my Veiled Chameleon the amount of care he deserves. I think that I should find him a better home where he will be better cared for. He is about 2 years old and very healthy. He is very big...
well, i dont have a mustache, but my eyebrows do look like caterpillars haha. and i also wear glasses (not just for eye protection from him) so maybe one of these are confusing him haha. were going to be getting dubias from sara270 soon, maybe those will be more satisfying
mine does. lately he has been trying to shoot his tounge at my face after his cup of feeders has run out. hes a male veiled about 1 yr old. i feed him about 6-7 crix everyday. it seems like he gets enough to eat, i think hes just weird
i just found a big juicy cockroach in our apt las night. i quarrantined it in a jar with some lettuce. im trying to decide whether to feed it to my veiled. I doubt its been exposed to any pesticides but idk for sure. anybody have any input?
thinks you collect from the "wild" are fine as long as you scrub them down with a very mild bleach soln and then bake them at 300 for an hour or so to make sure any bacteria or parasites are dead
how were you planning to coat it? it seems like you would have to mix up a huge batch of resin and dip it? that would be very expensive, not to mention messy and wasteful. maybe i just dont see how you are planning to do it?
