Thanks for your reply. There will be holes in the base to drain into a PVC collection basin. The wood is not treated as I am worried about toxicity. It will have two coats of primer, four coats of paint and four coats of polyurethane. Let me know any ideas you have. Thanks, Nick

Frank, How do you know that the material that sprayer is made from is safe? After all it's designed to spray pesticides on plants not to provide potable water for drinking. Thanks, Nick
