I completely agree. Even if you cant save them its worth the try. That is why I am going school to be a veterinarian for reptiles and exotic animals. Sprite really gave me the drive to pursue it.

In December I purchase a veiled chameleon from a pet store thinking I could most def. take care of it better than they could.
When January rolled around I had only had him for a few weeks when I started to notice some strange behavior from him.
he was hanging upside down from his branches...
I'm looking for a chameleon cage to house a 6 month old Veiled male that's growing like weed on steroids.
Preferably I would like it to have some sort of drainage system in it but is NOT necessary.
If pick up only it needs to be in ether eastern PA or upstate NY.

I know the cage is small i did find a nice custom cage someone is selling from their past veiled.
Any suggestions on brand or type of supplement i should be giving

Sprite - veiled chameleon, male (I think), age is unknown but about 4 inches long, had him about 3weeks now
Handling - held him maybe 3 times since I've had him
Feeding - he eats medium size crickets, eats about 5-6 at a time they are gut loaded with a greens trio i buy...
Here a couple weeks ago i acquired a new veiled male. He is about 4 inches long, his eating and drinking habits are seemingly normal and he is going to the bathroom regularly and normal too. He lives in a screen cage that is alittle small for him but im currently working on getting a larger one...
