I would get a separate heat bulb. Just a regular house bulb, try 60watt. Make sure it isn't the energy saving kind since those don't produce much heat. You can get a shop light fixture from home depot for less than $10 to put it in, just get one as wide as possible so the heat isn't specifically...

I take my plan of action back. I've had too much time to get extra paranoid. I'll probably call my vet in the morning and see when the soonest I can get in is...

My plan of action at the moment is just to make sure he stays supplemented and give him until the end of next week. Extra sunlight outside probably isn't a bad idea. If this time next week he hasn't improved any, to the vet we will go. If it is indeed MBD I want to get it confirmed with tests...

Thanks! He didn't seem stressed though, it may not look it in the picture but he stayed a pretty bright green most of the night. He didn't want to go in his cage, he either wanted to stay on me or the ficus in my living room. He was not excited for bedtime.

My little man has made it all the way to Louisiana and is doing absolutely fantastic! He can't seem to stop climbing all over my head, which is fine with me. I'm tickled with him :D

I love it.
